Digital Products & Training Bookings Since our services consist of digital trainings, keynotes, live Zoom coaching sessions, and downloadable digital content, we have a clear policy:

**LMBA and TTM Programs**: Once registration is confirmed and course materials/sessions have started, fees are non-refundable.
**Keynote Speaking / Corporate Bookings**: Cancellation terms and refund requests are governed by the specific service contract signed at the time of booking.
